This triplex residence in Jolshiri Abason, Sector 8, is conceived as a layered garden house that dissolves the boundary between built form and landscape. The mass is generated through interlocking rectilinear volumes, shifted and recessed to create terraces, green roofs, and double-height voids. A central water feature and vertical circulation core organize the spatial hierarchy, enhancing cross-ventilation and visual connectivity. The exterior façade combines exposed concrete textures, warm wooden screens, and extensive glazing, producing a balanced dialogue between solidity and transparency. Pergolas and horizontal projections add depth while controlling sunlight. Aesthetically, the building embodies contemporary tropical architecture, where greenery, water, and light integrate seamlessly to create a serene yet dynamic residential environment.
