Baitul Mamun Jam-e-Masjid is conceived as a contemporary religious institution rooted in spiritual clarity and contextual sensitivity. The architectural concept blends traditional Islamic geometry with modern construction, generating a form that is both symbolic and functional. The massing is articulated through a clear volumetric composition, where the minaret and prayer hall create a strong vertical–horizontal dialogue. Form generation follows simplicity and order, emphasizing symmetry and axial alignment. The exterior façade employs brick, concrete, and perforated screens, reinterpreting arches and mashrabiya patterns to control light, ventilation, and visual rhythm. Aesthetically, the mosque presents a calm, dignified presence, balancing solidity and openness, tradition and modernity, creating a serene spiritual landmark for Chandpur.
